The most approaches I've done in a single day was 20. I think you'd find it VERY difficult to find time to talk to 100 strangers a day. But I understand the concept of what you're trying to say - that only ACTION and FACING YOUR FEARS will get you where you want with the ladies.

yeah... this is an EXCELLENT way top boost your confidence and overall, MEET PEOPLE! And like Guitar_Whizz said.. 100 girls a day IS a bit much, but i see what you are saying, and i agree with it 100%... I natrually say "hi" to MOST strangers that i come across, i have been doing so since i started my own bootcamp a while ago... and i just contunied doing it.. Peoplle miught think that just saying 'hi" to random people wont help... hell, thats what I thought too.... but i was wrong.. it DOES do a hell of a lot for your confidence levels, and it makes you more sociable too. So yes, this is a good thing to do, and i would suggest that everyone does this on a regular basis...

i now already realised that im not that shy, i speak to strangers regulerly but some people are just to damn timid and boring to talk too no matter how good a conversationist you are.

still this is a good concept though.

Its not about the conversation.. its about the confidence it gives YOU.. its not like your going to ask them out :D And if they DO happen to be a HB and has some good conversational skills, then i'll make an effort to get her number and make plans with her in the near future;)
