So I've been seeing this woman for about 2 months or so. We kiss, hold hands, talk on the phone, spend time together etc, as if we were exclusive. However she continues to mention that she wants to take things slow, because she says that rushing things have never gotten her anywhere. On several occasions i've told her how I feel about her, but the only way she'll express her feelings to me is through text messages. She says that she's falling for me, and that she thinks we'd be great together. Its just so confusing to me, I mean i'm not sure if I should continue to "play the field" or what. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Call Me crazy but I get the feeling you two never did the flibbety dibbety yet. And when you say "play the field" are you Implying that you date other women as well?

you're right we haven't, and no I don't, but i'm a little unsure of things. Here's something that I didn't mention. A month or so after we started talking, she just stopped talking to me altogether, began talking to another guy. Well after things didn't work out with him, she said she was thinking about me all the time, and wanted to give things another shot.

Do not express your feelings to her.

Continue to date other women.

Soon your confusion will vanish.

so, should I let her make most of the attempts at contacting me? and should I still continue things with this woman?

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

For any man over 21, it's unacceptable to not have slept with a woman you've been dating for 2 months. Also do not express your feelings for a woman you haven't even been intimate with or done some serious ****-test on ( yes, you need to ****-test your women to see how much she likes you if you want to get serious).

This girl is using you as an emotional tampon and she's most likely getting sex from someone else. Women always need some guys in their life to keep their self-esteem from getting too low. She will leave you as soon as someone more exciting comes along. Stop being a pushover bro.

How old are you ?

Tell her that you are not used to taking it slow. Not this slow anyway. Reject it on principle. Speak in abstract terms, send silent ultimatums. Hand her a drink, stage a coincidental scene, music, and there she melts in your hands ..

Been there and done that dude. You have officially become her male girlfriend. Like one of the posts suggested, more likely than not she has categorized you as an emotional tampon and fallback guy. The fact that she chose another dude over you proves my point. I wont be surprised that this other guy is fycking her like a porn star while you are agonozing on what she thinks of your relationship with her.

Stop focusing on what she thinks and start focusing on whats best for you.
