To those who have Swinggcats E-book, Im thinking of purchasing swinggcats E-book, Is it any good? What does it mainly focus on? should I mesh it with my current VAH?

Yes, swinggcat's book is good.

There are some little bits that go nicely with VAH stuff, like cold reading, belief systems, push-pull, etc.

I really haven't used all of swinggcat's techniques, but he has some really good ideas. Ex. No matter how she reacts, assume she's getting turned on.

This sounds simple, but it can make big effect. If you go out there and think "maybe she will give me ***** shield", then it will probably happen. If you interpret everything she does as trying to win you over and that she's into you, then the chances for positive outcome increase a lot.

But, like anything, it's possible to become the "nasty nerd" to steal an RSD term and try to use this stuff in a negative, ego-protecting fasion.

Yeah its a good book, gives you homework assignments to carryout in small doses at a time, very well written and set out too. With examples are conversations and techniques used at the end.

If you follow it through it is enough to get you going and doing very well, don't just read it and put it down expecting to find any miricle techniques, it is a very good guide

I've read it. Typical seduction e-book really. You know, like it's 100 pages long but only because of the 20 point font Anyways, I thought it was pretty good. The emphasis is mostly on story telling and his whole qualification thing from what I can remember. I don't know if you'd need to buy it. You may get the jist just from reading old archives about what he does.
