Sweaty Palms...is it normal or a real issue?

whenever im spending time wit a girl my palms start to get sweaty...is this normal??? is it because I'm nervous?

then when they want a hi five or hold hands or w/e, i cant...its rly annoying.

any tips?

Its normal to having sweating problems and its normal to not have sweating problems. You may have hyperhidrosis. Go ahead and look it up for some medical information and see if it sounds like what you have.

5 years ago when I had just started going on dates that would always happen to me. She would grab my hand to hold and my hands would get so sweaty. And then I would start to get embarassed because I knew she could feel the wetness and that would just make them sweat even more. Makes me laugh when I think about it now because its something I grew out of. Took me about 3 or 4 years I would say.

You will most likely grow out of it too.

For me it was a matter of not caring and being confident. After the 30th or 40th date I had plenty of confidence and didnt give a sh1t anymore if my hands got a little wet at times. And when they do get sweaty its not a big deal at all. Its just my body being a body.

And just be thankful that its just your hands.. some people have much more sever cases of hyperhidrosis.

Your gettin sweaty palms cuz you need to grow a pair of nuts and have some confidence in yourself. Stop being so nervous and scared.

Stop holding hand with her so much. Instead when you're walking with her put your arm around her waist or your hand in the back pocket of her jeans.

There, problem solved. You might still get sweaty palms but she won't know.
