I have a buddy that used to sweat buckets no matter what the condition. He went to bootcamp and came back and no more sweating. He said he asked the the nurse on base or whatever why he used to sweat so much and she sad it was because he had low self-esteem. Go to bootcamp.

It says only to use on your armpits but I don't see why you would not be able to apply it on your chest.

Wow, that IS amazing, especially since the nurse said it. Thanks for that post.

I wasn't trying to be an ass. But sarcasm isn't easily detected over a computer screen.

OP Here are some tips that might help you:

Anti-Sweating Tea

Believe it or not but there are actually teas you can drink that will reduce sweating. One tea that is popular with this is Green Tea. Apart from reducing excessive sweating, Green Tea is also helpful in relieving smelly odors left behind by sweat. Simply drink 1 or 2 cups daily and reap the benefits of Tea's anti-sweating properties.

Rubbing Alcohol

Take a few drops of rubbing alcohol and apply it to your armpits with a cotton swap. Rubbing Alcohol works as a sweat suppressant, limiting the amount of sweat released from sweat glands.

Note: Try spraying body spray or applying deodorant afterwords to a avoid that strong smell of rubbing alcohol.
