best supplements to gain muscle:
12+ raw eggs a day
2lbs+ red meat a day
deep sleep

nothing in pill or powder form will top that for anabolic goodness. enjoy

This is idiotic.

Listen to Warboss, socialdj.

You might have trouble with raw eggs at first. I mix mine with a scoop or two of whey protein and a cup of cold water. Shake or blend it up and chug away.

I used to weigh 110 lbs two years ago. Now I am 150 lbs at 9% bf.

The supplments I mainly used way: Whey Protein, Flaxseed oil, a Multivitamin, Vitamin C, and Creatine for one cycle.

You can also take in Calcium, ZMA(if you are in your 20s), glutamine...most of the other mass supplements are garbage.

Eating excessive eggs is NOT bad for you. I dont know what that guy was smoking. I used to eat 8 eggs a day and I was fine. There has been no connection with eggs to cholestoral(for normal people that is). I can give you some studies if you really want(I have to dig for them). So eat as many eggs as you want(if you have no health problems). I could have ate more eggs, but wanted to eat other sources of protein.

If you want to gain mass be sure to go to the mass threads about it. The one Pook used, Gaining Mass by Anthony Ellis, is GREAT for begginers(I used it). Some sosuave users don't like it becauase they think its a rip of. However, It has everything there. What to do day to day, all laid out. You can try to research all that information by yourself with tedious amount of work if you want though. Just a suggestion. Anyways for a quick review of what to eat:

Protein: chicken, red meat, whey, eggs, tuna
Carbs: anything slow digesting(whole wheat), fiberous food, Make sure you eat your simple carbs earlier in the day.
Fat: Get in lots of healthy fat, including Omega 3(found in flaxseed oil)

And drink a LOT of water

it won't hurt you if you do take it in your teenage years. Its just that your testosterone levels are pretty high. In your 20s they go down. I think if you are 19+ of age, you can go ahead and take it. Plus, it makes you sleep at night a lot easier :]

your test levels are still pretty high in your 20s. but if you train even semi-regularly you'll be deficient in zinc and magnesium at any age - the 'testosterone boost' thing is a selling point of ZMA where there's a lot more to it than that (and it's not gonna boost your test levels any higher than normal, if they were lower than that then your hormones were woeful in the first place).

zinc and magnesium are important supplements to an athlete of any age, but other things come first (fish oil, strong multivitamin, green tea).

I agree. your test lvls will still be high in your early 20s. ZMA is magnesium and zinc, correct. I don't even TAKE the ZMA. Im just saying that it works. fish oil, creatine, and the others mentioned are all anyone would need.

IMO green tea is more for cutting, not for massing.

green and white tea is absurdly good for you and should ALWAYS be used as a staple of health. google for the benefits if you don't know them.

a higher metabolic rate (5% increase with enough tea) = higher recovery times + more fat burned = quicker gains with less fat gain when massing = sounds good to me :D

Yea, I suppose it can't hurt taking it while massing. Sounds like a good bet.

Im just used to having a big mass phase, followed by a big cut phase, repeat.
