I have a suggestion, make each thread for each company, for example; GNC for GNC thread. Like "GNC Products Review", another thread for EAS, "EAS Products Review", etcetc.

- very good in increasing strength, I have found this to not only increase strength, in two month I have gained over 10 lb.
- only one teaspoon for 5g

Cons :
- taste bad, but will taste like nothing if you use grape juice

Side Effects :
-none so far

Opinion :
Be very careful when buying creatine. Never buy already liquified creatine because they're virtually useless.
When buying creatine other than the brand PROLAB, make sure you see the symbol "CREAPURE". They're sign for pure creatine.

Purchase location and price : You could get this probably at GNC, but get it here. Get two for the price of one!

hey i'll post a review tomorrow, but for now i'll just say that:

creatine doesnt dissolve, the runs in the first week of creatine use is normal, and dont use grape juice for creatine, the acidic pH breaks it down rapidly - i add simple sugars w/ the Blue powerade powder

Opinion :

Mixes well and tastes fine by itself and with my mass shake. My post-workout shake with it tastes awesome. The glutamine in it means if you use two serves a day means you won't have to supplement with glutamine.

Opinion :
Mixes well and chocolate done with milk has to beat even some milkshakes I've had. The creatine relatively speaking is a small dose but if you don't believe in loading then two serves get you a maintenance dose. Flaxseed oil added makes it have a nice "malted" flavor.
