If anyone still remembers me I was a guy who used to be on this forum and post, then I decided to just say screw it and wing the whole thing myself. Turned out well.
I also used to be a huge advocate of nofap. I went three three-month streaks and one nine-month streak with no ejaculation, I did edge for some periods, but never came. I never watched porn the whole two years.
Then I became a medical student and fell in love with endocrinology. The whole thing fell to pieces.
See, what I discovered from reviewing all the literature is the following:
1) Nofap has exactly no scientific basis. The "porn ruins your sex drive" is the opinion of a few well-marketed doctors and researchers. They have no studies to back any of their claims up and in fact are contradicted by what little research exists.
2) There is ample scientific evidence that shows not cumming for extended periods of time will turn you into a eunuch. Verified by my own experience. The more you ***, the more you will ***. It changes your aura. Watching porn and masturbating both spike testosterone huge amounts.
So I came up with Superfap, based partially on the writings of Jamie Lewis (chaosandpain, one of three weight training blogs worth reading) and partially on the "taboo" topic of masturbation and success. Turns out a whole lot of rich, successful people and politicians hit it with a very high frequency. Kanye West and Owen Cook come to mind quickly but there are many others, especially entrepreneurs.
Superfap:
-*** at least twice a day every day.
-If you need a spike of manliness for something, hit it twice as much the day before and don't do it at all the day of.
What to expect:
-A week or so of feeling a little sedated.
-The rest of your life wrecking it.
Precautions:
-No more than two hours of porn a day.
-Don't watch TV. TV watchers are without fail useless sacks of crap. If you're watching an hour or two of porn that is enough digital stimulation by far. Read a book or work out.
-If you feel tired after, that is because you are lazy. Make it your habit to get out of bed straight away the instant you finish. If you are with a girl make her get up too. It is so far out of the norm that the reactions are truly astounding. I had someone faint due to the shock of being yanked out of bed.
