Hi Guys. I was hoping to get some advice. I've always been thin my whole life. It doesn't matter if I don't do any exercise, sit on my arse and eat junk I still don't get fat. I was considering joining a gym and trying to gain some muscle but I've got a feeling it'll be really hard to gain weight. Does anyone have any idea where I should start? I don't want to become a big buff guy, just some what more defined.
