I'm going to buy sunglasses soon, I finaly threw away my seing glasses and got contact lenses

I need some opinions on what shapes are attractive, I intend to pay alot for whatever glasses I'm going to buy, so it will be really somethign I will be stuck with for a while

I have a rectangular shaped head, I'm tall with big eyes (if that helps :p )

I looked around websites but they are all like salesmen, they don't give opinions, they just make every single type of glasses look good

so what are you guys wearing? what do you recommend> what do you not recommend. help me :)

If you're trying to look trendy and up to date, just look at whatever David Beckham and Brad Pitt are wearing.

Personally though, I just wear whatever I think looks good on me and fits my clothing style and feels comfortable sitting on top my nose.

Wayfarers. They have a classic cool about them and will never go out of style.

Ray Ban Aviators, gold-rimmed.

The silver-rimmed mirror ones are excellent as well. Aviators with a suit is fvcking sharp, gents.

The Wayfarers are strong contenders.

But expensive sunglasses are sensitive to pounding around. When I'm working outside, I have the plastic Stihl raparounds that came with a chainsaw.

I wouldn't buy expensive sunglasses.

I used to rarely spend less than $150 on any pair if sunglasses.

And guess what...I don't feel like I've ever had a real good pair of glasses.

It took me spending over $1000 on glasses before I realized this.

The closest I got to a good pair were these
http://www.sunglassesgiant.com/nahaxpsu.html (I used them for climbing.)

Ray Bans were the LOWEST quality sunglasses I've ever owned.

You can get stylish glasses for way cheaper an you won't be as pissed when they fall apart. Save your money.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

I've ordered some (Ray Ban Shooter) w/ yellow lens which Johnny Depp had on in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I haven't seen anyone wear them yet and I reckon I can pull it off, I like and favour some Characteristics of Raoul Duke (Johnny Depp) in that flick lol.

Also, Wayferers, Aviators and versace Sunglasses are still in. What this guy is wearing (Versace), he works with Mystery - I dont know his name, I think its Bad Boy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjSZlVhb3j0

Before you guys drop a few bills on a new pair of designer shades, please donate at least a couple dollars to earthquake relief in Haiti. Hell, you can probably feed a family for a year for the price of a pair of Versace shades.

A tip: choose sunglasses that match the size of your face and that complement the shape of your face. If you have a small face, choose small shades, big face big shades. If you have a square shaped face, choose round shaped sunglases and not square shaped sunglasses. For example aviator sunglasses like some cops use can only look good on someone with a big sqaure shaped face.
This is advice I got from GQ. Hope it helps

I had a few pairs of sunglasses some of them over $200 and they kept breaking. The best pair i have had so far (and still use) cost $35 and i got them about 6 years ago from a cancer council shop, they have being knocked around quite a bit and still not broken at all. :D

i agree that ray-ban aviators are the way to go. they even make the nerdiest geek look cool. i got prescription ray-bans cause i can't see and they cost me almost 600$ and if your forced to wear glasses they might as well look cool.

my wife gets embarrassed that i wear them inside of places but i actually have a legit excuse to wear them inside buildings....cause if i take them off i can't see anything. so even though i fall under the category of some peoples pet peeves of wearing sunglasses inside...i could care less.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.
