Over the past year I’ve been contemplating ending my life. A year ago I suffered an injury that has left me with chronic pain, mostly homebound, and sexual dysfunction.
Mr. Avron I think was the name of my history teacher in North Miami Beach Senior High. His words. Suicide is temporary solution to permanent problem.

If you have the money you should travel to Russia. Medicine is on the next level. Where you at, it's a business mostly. Idea is to do something and get paid for it, help is an afterthought. So you might be surprised when docs actually do things to help you. A lot of pioneering surgical work has been invented in Russia. So I recommend you go and try.

I got my blood work back and everything is normal. Testosterone came back as above average so TRT isn't an option. Also, the pain injections I received did not work, but on the bright side I'm seeing improvements working with my new pelvic therapist. The pudental nerve pain in my groin has decreased. I still have ejaculatory pain but I'm seeing progress.

I'm basically living hardcore MGTOW monk at the moment. Also got some weed in the mail from someone here so I'll be stonermaxxing. Got diagnosed with PTSD, major depressive disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. The PTSD makes me always feel on edge and hard to relax, but well see what the weed does. Overall, I had a good day today. Worst case scenario right now would be having to move back home and go on SSDI which I don't want to do.

If it was from me, no, you didn't. You got cbd with <.3% D9 thc, which is legal as hemp under federal law. I don't want anyone reading this thread to misunderstand the relevant legalities. You're a law abiding person like me, and would never do anything illegal.

Hello my SoSuave brothers,

Over the past year I’ve been contemplating ending my life. A year ago I suffered an injury that has left me with chronic pain, mostly homebound, and sexual dysfunction. I can barely work part-time and I’m on the cusp of losing everything I worked so hard to build during my life.

There is no such thing as a spontaneous suicide like you hear in the media. Those who take their lives often spend months and even years agonizing over the decision. It is often a domino effect as the world around them collapses on top of them. I have tried nearly everything I can think of going to multitudes of doctors, psychiatrists, physical therapy, and psychological therapists. I even spent 2 weeks locked up in a psychiatric facility. I am almost out of cards to play and feel to be doomed to this existence or death. I can’t believe this is what my life has come to. We all were once children with hopes and dreams and so many times I've wished I could return to that gentle naive state.

I am not seeking attention or pity from anyone. It is not necessary to even respond. I just wanted to get my story out there. Hopefully, one day I can find healing and happiness or hopefully a part of me lives on in you and can have the happiness and healing that wasn't meant for me. If any of you would say a prayer or save a thought for me I would greatly appreciate it.
I'm not going to give you the full lecture. There is no need for that. I'm sorry to read this and I feel for you personal struggle.

My contribution is only this:
I once read or heard (Some kind of entrepreneurial/success motivational book/audio book), the story of this guy, I cannot remember his name unfortunately), but this guy really loved food and especially sausages.

He dreamt about it 24/7/364 and a way to provide for himself and his family in his head, but he was disabled from his neck down and could not move. So his life was severely limited by this fact.

But he had these amazing ideas and recipes in his head and he basically built larger sausage business from his sofa even though we "normies" with perfect health see it as limitation of value of life, he overcame it, and as such it might not always be the case.
He did it and got real satisfaction out of his life.

I wish I could give you a link to this story, but I simply cannot remember his name or the company name that apparently is still a larger operative company in the US.

Hope this perspective of things might give you something of value for your.

A friend of ours did this and his parents who loved him, cared and transported him, etc will never be the same. Shook an entire community.

Yeah, the time that they once spent on driving him around can now be spent on bingo night and re-watching all 10 seasons of The Love Boat yet again

I know you think you’re clever, but this kid had more wisdom than you in his right nut.

Our chances of confirming that are now weaker than the liklihood of Adam Pearson being named Sexiest Man Alive anytime soon, aren't they?

In any event, you're missing my overall point: The rest of the planet gets on with their own lives fairly rapidly, even after we decide to end ours. Hell, if we'd really become a burden to those around us in the days prior to our exit, they may on some level even be not entirely crestfallen to be rid of our drama

You should take your own advice, and put one on the side of your temple. You really represent some of the worst dark most incel corner of the Internet

Yeah, it is definitely a hard time to be a Gen-Xer (same gen as the OP), and I'm sure allot of people in this generation is feeling a bit down. The high cost of living, retirement is on the horizon, the responsiblities of taking care or aging parents and/or children if a single dad/married. Gone through some slow times where the meaning of having a University degree lost its value and tuition got more expensive. No worries, soon older Millenials will catch up and their "La La" land bubble will burst too when life sneaks up on them when they age.

That method is far more modern and "fetch" than gasing oneself out of existence in a locked garage, garden hose running from the tail pipe of an Oldsmobile, and into the cab. ESPECIALLY* if the round discharged into the side of one's temple is being fired out of Glock or Sig Sauer's newest creation

*For those who haven't picked up on it yet, what you just read is called "irony". I neither condone nor encourage suicide, and genuinely hope The OP is in better shape psychologically than he was at the time he began this thread
