I found something that REALLY boosts self-confidence, though.
LIFTING WEIGHTS!!!
It's a TREMENDOUS confidence booster. Not only do you look bigger and more muscular, which makes you in turn feel less self-conscious and better about yourself, but also you gain more testosterone!! That's right, that wonderful male hormone that makes you more DOMINANT, AGGRESSIVE, and ALL THINGS MANLY!!
I use to feel really lonely and sad a lot, but now my outlook on life is more positive and I am much more confidence and less self-conscious, thus I don't care what I do and what people always think of me.
Also, I am no longer afraid of speaking up. I speak up in class a lot and make wisecracks and it gets you noticed. People will talk to you after class, and friendships will bond, etc. (BTW I'm only in high school so this might not applly to you) but anyways just talk LOUDER and MORE CONFIDENTLY and WALK MORE CONFIDENTLY and RADIATE CONFIDENCE.
