Length:1 Week
Resources Needed:
1. Karoake or Tape recording machine
2. Radio or any other tape players
3. Headphones
What ever you want your mind to think just say it on the tape recorder. Your subconscious mind cant decipher "Fake" from "Real". So if you want to become fearless when it comes to women just repeat "I suceed fairly well with women" or some other catch phrase.

Music for added effects:
Some soft jazz of some sort or waves in the background can calm your mind:

Time of experiment: Night when you're sleepy.

Hypothesis: Since your mind cant distingish whats real or fake you'll soon become what you think. This thinking will become part of your subconcious mind. The result could be unstoppable confidence! I tried this for learning all my Algebra 2 formula's needed last week and now I can remember every single one of them. Remember a mind is a terrible thing to waste. So why now use its capabilities to the max even when you're sleeping. I'm going to make my tape later today and post the results here next week. If you try this experiment too be sure to post your results!

Erase those negative thoughts in the back of your head with positive ones!

you know, actually, I did a self-help subliminal thing once. I dont really like the tape recorder and headphone stuff, so instead i sued this program on my computer

Basically, what i did was have messages and images flash across my screen really fast for every 2 seconds. I did that for a while. I guess it shoudl actualyl work.

But then again, i dont know a whole lot about all that sub concious crap. Oh well...

I've heard about this kind of stuff, I heard you can do also when your just "sleepy" by telling yourself that you are "THA BOMB!!!!". I've never done this though, never tried it. And I dont know if it works!

All in all I think self-confidence will help you alot when talking to girls(which is the only tool you really need your in your "game"). Because a girl knows if she is going to screw you within 10 secs of meeting you, and talking to her just drives the car to the ultimate destination. How fast or slow you drive is up to you.

Here are a couple of helpful tips when attempting to program your subconscious. I got them from an NLP workbook on affirmations, but the same concept applies anywhere. You can use these for night-time messages, affirmations, meditation, self-hypnosis, whatever works for you.

"Phrase them as if they are occuring now. For example, if your outcome is to become a more relaxed person, a suitable affirmation might be 'I am becoming more and more relaxed. I am feeling better and better about myself.'

Do not phrase self-development affirmations as if they have already happened, for example, 'I am a more relaxed person. I feel better about myself.' You are not - yet - and so your unconscious mind will whisper 'No you're not. You aren't fooling anybody.'

Do not give your self-development affirmations an exact deadline, for example, 'in three months' time I shall be a more relaxed person.' First of all, it may take more or less than three months. Secondly, your unconscious mind will whisper 'OK, so we don't need to do anything right now then, do we?'

Affirmations should only have a specific time and date if they are about specific actions, for example, 'On Monday 22 January I will go to the gym and excercise for one hour' or 'By this time next year I will have doubled my salary'."
