-Just do all of the things above. You can use liquify on photoshop to easily make neck and shoulders slightly wider and waist slightly slimmer. Dont do it a lot so its noticable when they meet u in person. Just do it a bit so it makes the photo look extra good.

So just get as big as possible and practice technique to perfection to get the hardest punches and kicks on pads & post.

- Deep chanting: start making "oohmm" sounds over and over in a controlled manner which relaxes your vocal chords
