I can see why. Some men are too afraid or lazy to walk away from this dysfunctionality and in the long run with a toxic girl, your mind will definitely suffer.

What i came to know is alot of personality disorders and even some mental disorders are the result of varying degrees of complex trauma.

It's crazy man, living in 2 of the biggest cities in the world, you just meet so many people, hear so many stories, learn so much about life and psychology. Not to mention, traveling too. meet even more ppl and take on more ideas and knowledge.

I first got into psychology really heavy in 2017. Been interested ever since

Honestly, much of that is because many men realize that if they leave the relationship that they are in it's very likely that they'll struggle to find another one. This could mean no sex, a sense of loneliness, etc. I forget who it was that I was talking about this with, but I believe that the more attracted a man is to a woman the more craziness he may potentially put up with. It's a reason why hot chicks get away with some crazy **** in their relationships lol.

Why people stick with dysfunctional relationships is tied to one or both of those two variables in my opinion, I also feel money and logistical concerns are there as well but that's more for serious relationships, marriages, etc.

Something else is that I feel people with certain issues tend to attract a certain type of partner. There are certain types of women that seem to go for predatory type men that pump and dump them, are emotionally unavailable, etc. Meanwhile, these same women would legitimately get bored with a well intended guy that is actually wanting a relationship with her lol. I guarantee you that you can cite a ton of examples that you've seen first hand lol.

Not really all that surprising honestly...

Exactly. Hypergamy and its resulting unmet expectations lead to general CPTSD. And the sky is blue.

This is exactly it.. I was with a Russian 24 year old chick, and yes I had company with her, I also got good sex and she she was very attractive.

However, the drama, the disrespect is extremely difficult to tolerate. I know with some CERTAINTY that I will not find another girl on that level, however the alternative is staying with her, putting up with her tantrums, her agressive attitude and occasional disrespect.

Also consider this, when you stay with girls like this, over a period of time they can emasculate you with there BS.. I mean she knows your not willing to walk away.

Eventually she will either dump you or cheat on you anyway. Isn't it better to just walk away when the BS starts, then to stick around and get cheated on?

Also what if you ended having kids with her.

You understand exactly what I'm talking about. I think it's the reason why many hot women act very entitled and narcissistic is because men will literally bend over backwards at the slightest possibility of having sex with them.

Great. Now publish articles discussing:

- how media and society destroy single men and how it triggers a biological or psychological predisposition for mental illness.
- how media and society show women how to divorce and how it triggers a biological or psychological predisposition for mental illness.
- how media and society worship young hot women and how it triggers a biological or psychological predisposition for mental illness.

If you are going to write an article saying “dysfunctional relationships are a precursor to mental illness”, you also have to write: “along with 1,001 things.”

When you pick and choose what causes mental illness for clickbait and money, foundation falls apart.

Most men are Average Frustrated Chumps (AFCs) / beta males. AFCs/beta males tend to operate from a scarcity mentality. It's logical that they do that because access to sex is typically scarce for them. They endure a lot of rejection in order to get the sex.

Scarcity mentality is one contributing factor as to why men don't initiate divorces. Women file for divorce far more than men do and are credited as being the one who ended the marriage. A lot of women like to claim that they weren't at fault for opting out of the marriage. A lot of women will claim that it was the man's actions that left them with no choice but to file for divorce.

Non-marital relationships don't follow the same breakup pattern as marriages. Men are more likely to initiate a non-marital breakup than be the one who files for a divorce. This is because the pool of men in non-marital relationships is less beta. In non-marital relationships, there are more alpha and sigma males. Beta males are even "less beta" at this point in their lives, especially in shorter non-marital relationships. Men tend to become more beta as time passes, both in longer term relationships and in marriages. Plenty of beta males are dumped by women in non-marital relationships. Some alpha/sigma males are dumped when they refuse to go the marriage path with a woman.

Because a chain is as strong as the weakest link.

If you deal with a BPDer on a daily base, you'll find out rather sooner than later that in order ro survive you'll have to "operate " on their level.

When you talk calmy you get laughed at. When you scream you get noticed. Thus you teach yourself to scream more often.

It's more of a chicken and egg argument.
I kinda agree.

Kinda, because it's definitely possible that a vanilla ,untroubled man enters a relationship with a crazy woman and ends up broken.

You could argue that he had some kinds of issues, and that those things prevented him from recognizing the toxic situation AND being able to walk away..
