Hey all!

The clues in the title really but i'll elaborate a bit. I have a nice big breakfast, usually some kind of cereal like shreddies or weetabix, then for lunch i'll have a big sandwich (tunafish in brown bread or similar) , and diner's not a problem.

BUT

I find myself stuck on ideas for a mid-morning munch! when i'm getting a bit peckish (like now) i break out the old crisps, a small cheese thing, a little muffin bar, maybe a bannana or orange.

Does this sound decent enough to you?

I can't really think of much else to eat around this time but i feel hungry enough to have something a bit bigger. any idea?

Whats you mid-morning food plan?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If cash isn't a problem, try an MRP (meal replacement plan). I use Labrada's Lean Body Low Carb as my mid-morning and mid-afternoon meals. There are other MRPs out there that are similar.

Protein shake made with milk.

Milk contains lots of protein, carbs and some fat.

Some guys n the boards may be against milk but its worked for me.
