Stubble... more attention from women?

I wanna know your guys opinion on this. Personally i've noticed that i got more attention from women 2 days after i shave.
They seem to like the "rugged" look and they seem just a bit more flirty around me.
So i went out and got myself a beard trimmer so i can keep that 2 day stubble goin everyday...

Funny you bring this up. I've been experimenting with facial hair with good results. I certainly stand out in a crowd of clean cut pretty boys. I hear girls say they don't like facial hair, but I think they're full of it.

I love having smooth clean shaven skin but if I'm wearing my leather jacket I like having a little stubble.

Personally, I know I'm night and day when it comes to clean shaven vs. facial hair. Clean shaven, I look very young, but with some facial hair I appear much more "distinguished", and everyone I met has guessed me much older in age.

I shaved for job interviews but now that I got the spot, I'm going to grow it out, probably in a couple months so they don't think that I was trying to deceive them or anything.

Depends on the situation. If I get two days worth (actually quite often) I end up with zits all over, which is pretty unnattractive.

One day is usually ok. One of my exes claimed she doesn't like it, but it never stopped the kisses from happening.

I've realized that I think I look horrible in pictures (depending on lighting, etc) with even 1 days worth of stubble. But when I'm just being me, I prefer the stubble. I feel older. I call it the "Hockey Player" look (all the local hockey players have the stubble, and it looks fine).

So it depends. If I'm getting filmed or having formal pictures taken, I'll do my best to shave right before. Otherwise I go with the stubble.

I don't know if the women like it, but... I like it, so I think that this is a good thing.

I'm reading marketing books, and thinking about all oof these issues, I'm curious as to what "the customer" (women in this case) says, verses what she "buys"... and if I figure that out, and see if I'm interested in applying it, then I may be closer to figuring out how to look like a better "product."

I've had several girlfriends asking me not to shave.
Not once has a girl asked me to shave.

But I think it depends on your face aswell as on the girls taste.
Maybe you could look at the male models/actors etc. that women in your target group find attractive?

nice topic i was gonna ask the same thing. my friends gf just the other week said she likes a stubble like the one i had. i have a heavy beard though so i gotta shave like every three days. sucks. althought i have heard many girls say "ewww" to hair on the chest/back but that's another story. funny though, the same girl that said that to me once, we hooked up and the hair didn't bother her after all. overall, i think it depends on the girl as usual. just like us. we like girls with short hair or long hair, big lips small lips, big hips, small hips. kind of a fighting arguement.

i have also read in a few magazines, many women saying: "i hate pretty boys. i love a real man. hair and all."

i mean, check out christina aguilera's man. sometimes he looks like a bum:
