stretch marks from working out

hey well i've been working out ever since i was 13, and i was pretty well built, when i was 15 i started to work out more viciously with heavier weights, 30 poundz for each bicep, well after aobut 2 weekz of working out with heavy weights i started to get stretch marks on both of my biceps because they wasn't enough skin and it was getting torn from the muscles gettin to big too fast. What do you guyz reccomend for the the stretchmarks?

Keep your body the same size or quit *****ing about stretch marks.

Oh, or about 5 years of time.

I have a girlfriend. I get laid pretty much whenever I call her. I really only have to look good for her, and apparently, she thinks I look fine.

Now listen.

Stretch marks (I get them, too... inner arms and thighs) occur whenever a body part expands rapidly. For example, your certainly massive biceps.

There are lots of products around that claim to reduce stretch marks, but none of them stand out as being effective. So what you're left with to get rid of stretch marks are straight time, a dermotologist, or a plastic surgeon. The latter two charge more than I do.

If you don't want more stretch marks, stop stretching your skin out. Maybe you could spend the extra time and learn how to spell.

Mederma. It is an over-the-counter topical scar medicine that works wonders. It probably won't eliminate the stretch marks, but it will definitely make it less noticeable. It's a little pricey though ($20 for a tube), and you can get it at any drug store (CVS, Walgreens, maybe even some grocery stores).

Stretch marks don't go away once you got them. There are two ways to help prevent them, one way works better than the other, you figure out which.

1. Don't workout to become huge, instead go for definition and lose fat.

2. Rub cocoa butter on your skin every day. Note, this will do nothing if you already got stretch marks of course. And even still its effect is minimal at best.

Stretch marks are little tears in the skin that get healed...Like muscle repariing itself after a workout or a broken bone being more robust after breaking. You got them for life amigo.
