hey well i've been working out ever since i was 13, and i was pretty well built, when i was 15 i started to work out more viciously with heavier weights, 30 poundz for each bicep, well after aobut 2 weekz of working out with heavy weights i started to get stretch marks on both of my biceps because they wasn't enough skin and it was getting torn from the muscles gettin to big too fast. What do you guyz reccomend for the the stretchmarks?
