The advice people have given so far is complete Bullsh*t!

The most important exercises that contribute to vertical jump are:

Olympic Lifts and Plyometrics


These require the most amount of force in the shortest interval of time, that is why they are the most effective. You will see the most improvement in vertical jump by doing these exercises. I would also recommend that you gain lower body muscle so that you will have a solid foundation to work with.

i know like 5 different vert programs, i can give it to you.

good way is to just keep jumping, and jumping and jumping. my verts are like 30 in, but still cant dunk...:eek:

w&d lol...plyos are good
