Hey guys,
I've been reading around here for a while now, but never really posted here before... (i think i did like a year or so ago) But now I've run into a problem that I dont know how to overcome really... About 9 months ago I made the mistake and moved to across the country to be with my girl friend at that time(From Wash DC, to San Diego CA). Fortunately that relationship ended, and I'm glad its over... Yet unfortunately it now has left me stranded in a city I pretty much know nothing about, and dont know a soul out here other than my roommate, who, well, doesnt seem to be an outgoing person. I've gone to a couple parties with him in the area, but it seems like I have to force him to call around to find parties, and I force him to go with me... Its starting to bug me that I'm sitting around the house 90% of the (10% at school/work) having nothing to do. This is one of the first times of my life where I want to be social, I want to go out and have fun, and most importantly, I want to meet new girls. I've tried talking to a few females out here, but it seems like I dont quite fit in yet, and they dont give me the time of day(Which i dont understand, I personally think I got everything going for me, i look good, i go to school, I'm starting my career). I dont know what to do, where to look for girls (school is NOT an option, i go to ITT Tech, no girls there) and meet new people.... I'm not a bar type of person, or club type of person unfortunately...
