and it would have been on video, pos strongarm robber getting what all such pos's SHOULD get. No riots, no loss of billions of $. The clerk not living up to his civic responsibility cost everyone a lot of money (to rebuild Ferguson, etc). When somebody twice your size has you by the throat, you are VERY much justified, morally and legally, in shooting him, repeatedly, with the most destructive and shocking ammo that you can get your hands on.
