I have always been curious about the effect of testosterone and it's correlation with masturbation. Well, today I have the answer to my own curiosity. I will share with you what I now consider as truth when it comes to masturbation and the effect of testosterone, mainly the lack of it in my body.
Alright, first of all, let me start by saying that masturbation is very bad for you. How I have come to that conclusion, well, let me explain.
My schedule of work is from 3pm to 11pm. Every other day I would jog at night after work for 6 miles. That's the schedule I have chosen because from my experience it is very hard for me to jog in the morning after waking up and then going straight to work. The job I have requires a lot of walking and sometimes can get very stressful so I cannot jog everyday. Again, from my experience that would be just killing myself.
Anyways, aside from jogging I do a lot of other exercises too afterwards and so my regular hour of sleep is around 3am. Now here is the key part. Before I sleep like a lot of guys out there I would assume, I would always masturbate.
Masturbation is something I have done since I was 13. When I found out about this website, I was able to read a few things about the reason why I should stop doing it asap. So, on and off, on and off, I would force myself to stop. Sometimes 1 week, sometimes 2 weeks, and then I'm back to doing it months after months non stop.

I told myself I wanted to sleep early today so I will jog right now so I don't have to do it later. Guess what, after 2 miles I was gasping for breath. My mind was in constant battle after 2 miles and by 3 miles my mind gave up and so did my body. That's when I said I will never masturbate ever again!
See, I was never able to feel what it's like to have low testosterone in my body until then, because my normal jogging time was around midnight. That's almost 24 hours from when I have masturbated so my body had almost completely recovered.

-After masturbation you don't care about women. When you are outside and you see beautiful women, you don't care, because you feel like you just had some last night. You have to do that, but when you are low in testosterone most likely you won't have the energy to do it and like I said your mind isn't so much hungry for women because you feel like you just had some last night. With that said, your mind is the control so, if your mind says no then your body won't go.
-Low energy. This could have been a given. After masturbation how do you feel? You're body is tired. You want to sleep. And if you already know most of what I'm talking about, most likely you feel guilty for not being able to control yourself.
-10 hours of sleep is not enough and when I wake up I'm still tired. Now 6 or 7 is more than enough.
-It's hard to lose weight. When I stopped masturbating I was always hungry. Something I didn't feel when I was always masturbating. Now I'm always hungry for food and WOMEN!
