Guys, just some general advice :
- If you are under 21, do not even consider taking aas. Your body has not fully developed and you can end up with serious problems.
- Research, research, research. Go to pudmed.com read all the research papers you can get your hands on. Get hold of some human-biology books and read them well! You must know at all times what you are putting in your body and what kind of side-effects they can cause. Googling for 15mins does not count as 'research'.
- You should have a nearly PERFECT understanding on how your body reacts to diet/training.
- YOU SHOULD HAVE A SOLID DIET AND ROUTINE BEFOREHAND!!!!!!!!
- AAS are not a shortcut. While on, you must train even harder in order to get good results.
- Don't jump into AAS, push yourself to your natural limit first and then see if you want to take it further.
- If someone tells you that 'oral-only cycles' are good for you, tell them to go fook themselves. Try to stay away from oral cycles as they are more taxing to your system. Forget about oral dbol. It's crap. Test would be the best choice for a first time cycle.
- If you are scared of needles, AAS is not for you.
- To all of you 140lbs fookers that say 'I dont get any bigger' ... EAT!!!!! Food is the best anabolic compound there is. If you are not getting bigger, you're not eating enough. Go to
www.fitday.com , put in what you eat in a day, see how many cals that is and increase it by 500.
