Totally agreed.

Go find a good endocrinologist who will give you the real honest scoop. He won't prescribe you Test, but he'll help you out in other ways.

My curse though is I hate cooking. Sigh, life is never easy.
I love to cook, toss in 32 oz of any choice meat and package it up for the day! True, honestly if anything orals are worse than injectables. Converting something with a -methyl group attached to it causes havoc to your liver / liver enzymes. Pretty much any prohormone except the legal ones (yes theyre legal one). Injectables dont have to be converted. They are already free test.

I've done so much research and yet never ran a cycle, always wanted too but never really did. Ill keep my natural card for a little longer.

@Hydrak ... 4,000 Kcal isnt light weight. You need to eat over your maintenance is all it differs from person to person. You cant compare to Phil Heath or any of those guys they dont use just steroids they use IGF-1 aka Insulin or Growth Hormone. That actually creates new muscle fibers as well as repairs the teared ones from training. Hence why they look like monsters.

Hate to say it, but as a stereotypical hard gainer (myself) doing high interval cardio is not effective.

In fact i started on that and ended up losing muscle mass. I had to reverse it and do strictly lifting with minimum cardio.

Worst thing is i love running. Go figure.

Finally, I place more stock in an individual's mental resources than ones ability to follow the rules "naturally". You can sit on a soapbox and claim it is inferior genes and you may get people agreeing with you, but like my high finance comment before, those people are off sipping fine wines and banging trophy wives while the honest folk are not.
I never stated that cardio was effective to build muscles. What I was stating was that cardio (high interval) is a lot strenuous than doing 1h of weight training, at least for me. The point is that weight training, diet, and sleeping isn't as hard as some people make it out to be unless you are a professional bodybuilder. It's a lifestyle just like sitting at home and stuffing yourself with icecream, yet phaggot trolls like Ronaldo keep boasting about how much effort they put into fitness, yet being some skinny manlet IRL desperately seeking attention. People who feel the need to boast about how much effort they put into their body obviously have a lack of self-confidence.

Agreed, but the fact is that people who are natty has to put much more effort in. I have much more respect for a 6' basketball player who got far than a 6'8 one, because the 6' obviously has more skills despite his height disadvantage. People can cheat with AAS all they want (despite it being illegal), I don't mind. It just seems excessive to do it to attract women (lol) when you can achieve a natural body without any unpleasant consequences which will still attract women in loads. It's just not worth it.

The only real reason to take AAS unless doing it for sports would be if you want to be massive. I'm talking 6'3 300 lbs and just walking around on the streets like a brickhouse. Otherwise it's a waste of $ and future health (which the prior is aswell lol).

In my other post I talked about how most side effects can be avoided and they can. But the substance can be abused.

A beer or two is OK, when you drink 20 beer's worth of alcohol in a night its bad. High Fructose Corn Syrup in small amounts is OK, but large amounts affect everything from your metabolism to your brain. Steroids in small-moderate amounts are OK but....You get the picture.

Most people think steroids are a magic pill or injection that will instantly give them the physique of a Greek god, as people said in the thread, you can definitely reach a body women will love without any anabolics. Will steroids help? Sure, but they are 100% not necessary.

The question is why are you "cheating"? Is it because your diet, sleep, workout and knowledge is crap and you can't make any gains and you think steroids will help prod you? Or is it because you've lifted for years and years on end with all of the above in check and you just want to go further? If it's the first, then it doesn't matter how many steroids you pump yourself with you are going to have a sh!tty physique at the end of the day.

I've been in the fitness industry on-off for about a decade and while I've never taken steroids myself (and don't see myself doing it unless I need to for medical reasons down the road), here are my thoughts from being around those who have:

1) It's unnecessary. The ideal physique the MAJORITY of women go for is muscular and ripped, but not huge. That's a 30-32" relaxed waist for most heights and under 200lbs for all but super tall people. This is achievable in a few years (if you've never trained before) without any drugs.

2) Low bodyfat > tons of 'bulk'. I say 'bulk' because a lot of guys who are 'really big' (I got fairly bulky at one point and didn't like it) also carry a lot of bodyfat. Lowering your bodyfat actually makes you look bigger. I look bigger at 170-180lbs and get mistaken for 200lbs way more than when I was actually 200lbs.

3) Most people royally fvck it up because they don't do their homework and think it's a 'get rich quick' scheme. It's not. And there are still some risks which CANNOT be mitigated against. Not yet anyway.

4) A nice body alone won't get you 9's. I have the best body in almost any bar/club I go to. I'm not saying that to boast, there are plenty of dudes who compete who would wipe the floor with me, but I'm in far better shape than most. However, I don't clean up the minute I walk in. It helps, sure, but you still gotta put in work.

5) Even if you do steroids, muscles won't just grow overnight. You still have to eat right, train crazy hard, and rest. It's not the shortcut most people make it out to be.

6) Because of the influx of testosterone, you are super horny and drop your standards big time. I've known guys who would dump a fvck into some fatties I'd never touch just because their test is through the roof.

7) You can get plenty big and have high natural testosterone production if you work your legs regularly (squats/deadlifts).

8) Roid rage. It's not attractive.

lolwut?

steroids to get *****?

Use steroids and bust your ass off in the gym and get jacked..**** *****es.. I mean IF you plan on using them, may as well use them for what they are intended for.

If you see a dude who got buff "cause he's on roids" I promise you he spent more time in the gym in one day than you do in a week.

I'm not into it but to each his own, so as long as you are not participating in a competitive sport, especially combat and other high impact sports... that's uncool.

Also, word is most broads are not into dudes who are super jacked, like Jay Cutler ****ing huge.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

You are the only one that has a clue on this.

4) Well. Women will approach you over the lanky or chubby guy. That's what some of the benefits are. Few people actually have 6/8 pack abs. That's something good to bring to the table.

@Hydrak: For someone who claims to be so sure of himself as you, i seem to bother you quite a bit. How would you know i don't kill myself to get the results? You simply assume that i make stuff up. Only God knows how hard i've worked myself at the gym and the sacrifices i've made. I don't boast about anything. I am simply giving my input on the topic.
