Why is it so hard to believe that a 10 week course can produce a gain of 30lbs? Its very possible with good genetics and diet

I think you are a big dumbass for doing that stuff man. Just thought I would say that. Oh and I started off at 150, and I am now around 160. This is only after working out for a month. I will get to 175-180 WITHOUT steroids. cheater.

First off, if you have been working out for a month and brag about gaining ten pounds. Your going to want to do some research before bragging. Also, the whole cheater comment was pretty childish. Very unman like.

If he wants to take a cycle and be careful then be honest above all and post information to be useful to us then thats his thing, stop being immature and take it as such.

Also, i went from 150ish to 215ish (even 225 after a good night of drinking) in 16 weeks. So what he did and what your doing arent uncommon or in anyway spectacular, so dont brag.

I just the other day had a conversation about steroids with my neighbors both former football players..I guess they noticed my size had increased and the subject of steroids came up I guess they were assuming I was juicing..

Bascially what they said was they once juiced in their football days but they also said it makes your balls little was the reason they stopped..

Now I am no expert on this subject and I don't think anyone is some how immoral in any way if they juice that is their sole discision but what concerns me is and what I always hear is it causes liver damage but the question is are there certain kinds of steroids that do and others that are more user body friendly? I don't know this either.

Now I am at the age where in my opinion I could use a dose of extra testostrone and recent research on that is it doesn't cause prostate cancer in older men like myself if I decide to use it that is if they find it is low.

At my age what I find is it's harder to keep my muscularity and I have to watch my carbs or I'll bloat and gain like hell and it's sucks not saying I am fat not in a long shot but it becomes a hassel trying to keep the gains in muscularity I have busted my butt for then it was when I was younger.

Just some thoughts.

Halt promotion of band substance to minors in the forum. Keep all to yourself.

Why don't we halt promotion of misspelled words first? That's much more detrimental.

To the OP: F the haters, you know what you did and why you did it. I juiced too, and it's awesome for everyone who has never done it. I did a similar cycle, except I used 500 mgs of sustanon every week. No problems whatsoever, gained a SOLID 15 lbs of muscle in 10 weeks. Also got down to about 6% bf. Anyway, people don't hate and let everyone do what they want to do. There's plenty of posts on here about weed, nobody's crying over that.

I need to get some pics up but i only have a ****ty cell phone camera right now but as you can imagine 150 to...im almost 190 now is a huge difference

I def got laid on cycle but honestly was getting way less action because of stricter diet cutting into fun time/drinking time

All of these people today saying that steroids are dangerous, immoral, etc. are going to look as stupid as those people who said back in 1960 that man would never fly to the moon.

It's called EVOLUTION, and there's nothing you can do to stop it. People these days are living stronger and longer...and a commonsensical and moderate steroids cycle will undoubtedly contribute to a stronger and longer life...

It is so true and I used to believe all the hype myself
I dosed my steroid at a fraction of the amount professionals bbs are using and saw great results...

check out the investigative journalism about steroids on youtube...they play devils advocate to pop culture media and really put you on the right track if you want to learn about steroids and why the get the reputation they do

I don't think doing any steroids is a good idea, chiefly because you lose 100% of your gains once you come off them. Thats just common knowledge-- thinking that you will retain anything is really wishful thinking. (Although I could see the guy who sold them to you saying that to make you buy them)

Wrong!

Do not state opinions if you've never used steroids...

Although no one ever retains 100% of gains (albeit naturally or chemically), if you plan right, you can maintain at least 50%...I have.

Again...knowledge, not secondhand-based societal opinions, leads to truth.
Yes, you do. Sorry, that is a fact not an opinion. And yes I have first hand experience with Androsteen and HGH. What happened is that you changed your eating habits and or your workout habits to account for increased muscle mass or caloric intake AFTER you stopped taking juice. Call it whatever you want, but the additional mass you 'retained' only happened because of those changes-- stop working out completely and EVERYTHING will go away. Of course, one could make the case that if you just worked out from the beginning without any enhancers, you would have gained the 50%. Also, how do you know that it was a result of the steroids only? You don't, so in effect its your opinion also.

This brings up another important point-- Espi, are you currently on cycle? Because if you are you need to make a conscious effort to not be so confrontational.

Do you really think that if you stop working out completely that you will retain anything?

Yeah if you completely stop resistance training. Of course you are going to have to increase to caloric intake to compensate for your added mass, and you'll have to train accordingly. Anabolic aids = better protein synthesis = more mass than you would build with drug-free training.

Saying you lose 100% of your gains after a cycle is assuming you do NOTHING after said cycle.

"Common knowledge" isnt necessarily accurate knowledge.

That is just pop-culture bullsh!t. Anytime someone posts a thread about anabolics you get a bunch of clowns with 2nd-grade knowlege of physiology making inane statements like this. And get off the "cheater" blast.

Explain to me how exactly the OP was "cheating". Was he competing in a sport that disallowed that substance? Is he a paid athlete in a drug-free organization? Not according to him. He was breaking the law unless he had a prescription, but he isnt "cheating" unless he is breaking explicit rules to have an unfair advantage in a competitive venue.

Anabolic steroids are testosterone analogues that act on the same celluar receptor as biological T and induce the same structural changes. You can shoot 'roids all day long but if you arent providing your body with substrate (food) then the results will be dissapointing.

I doubt our OP would have gained 40 pounds in 10 weeks without his ergogenic aid. 20, maybe 25 if his diet was right.

Also, HGH is a peptide hormone, not an anabolic steroid; though it has anabolic preperties. Androstenedione is a naturally occuring steroid hormone.

LOL...hmmm...OK; you've had "firsthand" knowledge of HGH...did you actually use it, or, like everyone else who so pompously degrades steroid use, did your "friend of a friend" use it? LOL...I really don't believe you've used HGH...you're 29 and work as a hotel manager...that's still likely not a sufficient enough income to afford HGH....
So anyways, I didn't use either of those compounds. I never said that. I am still very good friends with an MMA fighter (a real one) who worked with me every day when he began his career in fighting. I saw and experienced every stage of his steroid use. I don't see the reason for attacking what I do for a living. I didn't do that to you-- and you are assuming too much, really.

I fail to see why you believe that I am making stuff up, other than your attempt at denying the inevitable. Anyways, thats not the point. Its difficult for a person DOING something to see whats wrong with it. It is entirely different to witness your very good friend Fvck himself up to get a greater advantage in competitive fighting and see with my own eyes the results of two different peoples journey from zero to hero then back to zero again.

Thats me in the background of that video working at the shop with Roger.

OK...yeah...your point?
My point is that you should not be advocating something that is dangerous as "perfectly fine." If you want to do something, that is your choice. But it IS bad for you long term and you know that. So, stop telling people that 'nothing bad can ever happen' because it does happen.

If I never used steroids and stopped working out, do you think you'd retain anything?

YES!!! That is the answer you have been denying. People retain mass more easily if they are genetically predisposed to be larger naturally. Any artificial methods to increase mass are short term. Take me for instance, I have never taken steroids, but have increased my wieght from 190 to 215 in one month 20 days and it was all because of hard work-- NOT STEROIDS!

No, you don't lose all your steroid gains. Maybe if you've already actually hit your max natural weight and strength gains, a la world class bodybuilder. But if you use it like most people, as a convenient short cut to a nice body and good health, you can maintain ALOT of the gains. I've actually maintained my max steroid weight and am only 1-2% bf more than I was when I was juicing. Please stop hating on people and getting mad when it comes back to you Duff. It's immature.
