Why is it so hard to believe that a 10 week course can produce a gain of 30lbs? Its very possible with good genetics and diet

All of these people today saying that steroids are dangerous, immoral, etc. are going to look as stupid as those people who said back in 1960 that man would never fly to the moon.
It's called EVOLUTION, and there's nothing you can do to stop it. People these days are living stronger and longer...and a commonsensical and moderate steroids cycle will undoubtedly contribute to a stronger and longer life...
Yes, you do. Sorry, that is a fact not an opinion. And yes I have first hand experience with Androsteen and HGH. What happened is that you changed your eating habits and or your workout habits to account for increased muscle mass or caloric intake AFTER you stopped taking juice. Call it whatever you want, but the additional mass you 'retained' only happened because of those changes-- stop working out completely and EVERYTHING will go away. Of course, one could make the case that if you just worked out from the beginning without any enhancers, you would have gained the 50%. Also, how do you know that it was a result of the steroids only? You don't, so in effect its your opinion also.Espi said:Wrong!
Do not state opinions if you've never used steroids...
Although no one ever retains 100% of gains (albeit naturally or chemically), if you plan right, you can maintain at least 50%...I have.
Again...knowledge, not secondhand-based societal opinions, leads to truth.
Yeah if you completely stop resistance training. Of course you are going to have to increase to caloric intake to compensate for your added mass, and you'll have to train accordingly. Anabolic aids = better protein synthesis = more mass than you would build with drug-free training.Duffdog said:I don't think doing any steroids is a good idea, chiefly because you lose 100% of your gains once you come off them. Thats just common knowledge-- thinking that you will retain anything is really wishful thinking. (Although I could see the guy who sold them to you saying that to make you buy them)
So anyways, I didn't use either of those compounds. I never said that. I am still very good friends with an MMA fighter (a real one) who worked with me every day when he began his career in fighting. I saw and experienced every stage of his steroid use. I don't see the reason for attacking what I do for a living. I didn't do that to you-- and you are assuming too much, really.LOL...hmmm...OK; you've had "firsthand" knowledge of HGH...did you actually use it, or, like everyone else who so pompously degrades steroid use, did your "friend of a friend" use it? LOL...I really don't believe you've used HGH...you're 29 and work as a hotel manager...that's still likely not a sufficient enough income to afford HGH....
My point is that you should not be advocating something that is dangerous as "perfectly fine." If you want to do something, that is your choice. But it IS bad for you long term and you know that. So, stop telling people that 'nothing bad can ever happen' because it does happen.OK...yeah...your point?
If I never used steroids and stopped working out, do you think you'd retain anything?
