Here is my predicament.
I am currently working at Company A. Reached a plateau and had to leave in order to progress.
I am starting a new job with Company B very soon. It isn't my ideal move but has better prospects than staying at Company A. This is what made me take the role. It's been a few months since Company B offered me the role and I am still yet to find anything better. It could be another three to six months before I finally strike gold.
I've decided to keep on looking for my ideal role, even after I join Company B - I'm professional enough to not let job hunting affect my work.
I'm just going to leave Company B off my CV.
Let's say I'm leaving Company A in January and I have an interview in April.
My question is how do I respond in an interview when somebody asks what I have been doing in the interim months?
