Starbucks Barista

So I frequent a Starbucks daily that's close to my campus (close meaning, 1 minute walk) and there's this seriously cute barista working there. I think she just started there recently, but I'm wondering how I would go about approaching her? Even if just a friendly way. I don't know her name since the employees do not wear name tags, but we do make eye contact a lot if I'm sitting down there. I'm most likely overanalyzing the eye contact, but I'm at a loss here. How do I go about climbing aboard the small talk ship?

why get hung up on one thats PINNED there daily?

If anything just BEFRIEND HER ONLY so when you do go there your socializing with her and not standing by the condiments like a creep

It sounds like you are looking for a way to start a conversation.

It is pretty easy. Be in a good mood, smile and part way through her making your drink or whatever, say something like "Cool earrings" and lightly smile.

You can gauge her receptiveness to you. Then just say a few things. But make those things fun and charming..

best thing to approach is as if you v known her your whole life already. if you can pull that off. imagine you guys already know each other, you simply would say "so how are you today" and yaddayadda. you might even ask something about her day or tell her about yours or what you are going to do or anything like that. so next time you guys see each other, you are already on friendly terms and you can take it from there. invite her to a party or something then.

This is more or less how I would do it. Chat her up the first time, see how receptive she is of you, and then ask for her number.

i think this is a problem when you create a thread about one girl you dont even know as if she is the end all be all. What happens when you see a cute chick at a grocery store? You're gonna run back here and ask for help again?

Let me elaborate. I have no problem talking to really any one else, but for some reason this barista just seems harder to talk to, be that she is in a work environment. Idk.
