will i get better results if i for example do
mon-bicep and back
wed- tri and chest
fri-shoulder and legs

or will it be better if i just do bicep and tricep for a month then change muscles evry month???like
mon, wed and fri- tri and biceeps
next month
mon wed and fri- back
and so on

If you want to see quick and huge effects, I suggest you start on a strength training program, like stronglifts 5x5

I've had better gains from this routine in 1 month than I've had from half a year of your standard 3 day split isolation exercises.

Oh and your two muscle groups a month idea is simply terrible.

I do a 5x5 split of the exact same routine just got out of my workout and those squats are killing me! but in a good way

your second option is useless, but shows that you need to hit the vault here and read up. stronglift's 5x5 will do the trick, or rippetoe's starting strength routine.
