Well my sample size is extremely small, but I briefly dated a chick from Kentucky and didn't notice much difference between her and any other chick from the Midwest. Maybe that's just not south enough, I dunno.

Where in Kentucky was she from? It is diverse. There are parts of Kentucky by Indiana that are surprisingly wealthy and modern. Of course, most of the state is obviously not. Eastern Kentucky is every bit as Deliverance as Crossett Arkansas.

kentucky migt very well be the most diverse state in the entire country. you have some of the snobbist motherfvckers on the earth in horse country, old money 's old money. then you have true white trash on the other side of the state. then you have a true urban area in Louisville.
My best friend from high school married a preacher's daughter from Grenada, MS, and lived in Crossett. I used to spend a lot of my college breaks at his trailer. His wife was one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen in person. His second Crossett girl, a Piggly-Wiggly cashier, was just about as cute. The both had bodies that looked like perfect plastic surgery, except it was all real. The accent killed it for me, though. Plus the town stunk to holy hell from the paper mill, and it was a dry county. Everyone was still drunk, but they had to drive to Bastrop, LA, to buy booze. Bastrop was a unique place as well. The law said that giving you a big alcoholic slushie and a straw separately was not an "open container," so every gas station was like a outdoor ghetto Fat Tuesday's. The drinking age was 21, but they would sell alcohol to anyone who looked over about seventeen.
pine bluff has that exact same ****ty paper mill smell. My step grand dad the one in jail is/was/is to b in jail in Pine bluff and for the vast majority of my childhood my grandmother moved there to be close to him. i mean, 24 x 7 just stank. it just becomes normal.

it's funny, it's like everyone grows up, and the people in LA, they can't bust ass fast enough to the mid west and the people that grow up in the south it's like all of them will eventually make it to california.

From what ive seen, southern girls are pretty hot but being from NYC all my life... the way girls act was a WHOLE new world for me. My Ex girlfriend (before my recent ex) was from Lake Charles, Louisiana and i been down to lake charles and stayed in Baton Rouge. I remember going into this gas station Lake Charles with my ex father because he wanted to buy beer (btw, he had this thing to make fun of "ya'll Yankees" lol) but we went in and the cashier was HOT! she kept looking at me like a Lion looking at prey, i was avoiding it, obviously if im with my gf father.. but that was a long time ago and still remember in my mind how hot that girl was.

Now my Southern GF, she was so nice to everyone and sounded so innocent with her southern accent but ill say this.. although she was so sweet to everyone's face, behind closed doors she would complain about everyone. She drove me up the wall. I stood with her and 2 of her female roommates in baton Rouge,.. they would all speak nice to each other then as soon as my gf would leave or they would leave,.. complain about each other. Im thinking wtf... you guys were just so nice to each other a second ago. Atleast here in NY girls call each other *****es in each others faces if they dont like each other. I remember one of her room mates made a indirect pass at me, she was pretty hot too but i didnt go that route although i wish i did at times.
Ive been to Georgia alot also, have family there but never went out much. I would like to go out picking up in the south some time and see what its really like.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm from the north. Northern women love you or hate you. You'll know very quickly which one it is.
see, that's what I like about them. I'm a straight shooter, you'll never get any mixed signals from me. I expect the same courtesy too. the hell with all these "reading signals to see if she likes you" and waste your d@mn time on a girl when you can know within a few mins if you have a shot with her or not. saves me alot of time, saves her time as well. It also toughens you up as a man because if you can take rejection from a yankee girl, then rejection from a southern girl will be no sweat at all. I will say though that MOST of the women I've met from NJ, PA, OH were some of the rudest b!tches ever, just downright hateful as sin. I've had great success with girls from Michigan, Mass., NY, VT, and NH. Trust me when I tell you that the north has just as many hot women as the south does.
