If you come to this message board looking for a way to solve your problems and get some help regarding your one-itis or whatever, then you are not going to get good advice. I'm sorry.

You probably will get advice, but it won't be the best advice and probably not the advice your looking for. Judging by all the situational posts around here I have assumed alot of people fail to realise the true nature of this site, it's not to solve all your problems with a few particular girls, or stop a fight between you and your friend, or convince a girl to attend the prom with you, etc. They are all WAY to situational, there are thousands of variables that would affect the proper solution, that the only person who truely knows the best course of action is YOU. Maybe you cant see the answer properly but noone is more qualified then you to answer those purely situational post.

The purpose of this site is to discuss ways on improving oneself and BECOME A BETTER PERSON, if you want to post completely situational posts and get bull**** advice (which you will get anywhere you go, because YOU are the best judge of your own situation) then do us all a favour and head on over to gp.com.

i was wondering when someone was going to bring this up, why are so many people asking the easiest questions? half of the problems asked around here can be easily solved, but people ask for help anyway, are they too scared to actually do anything, so they're stalling, waiting for replies? i think everyone around here is getting just a little lazy, heres my advice,

1) think about the problem
2) Come up with solutions
3) put solutions into action, if one doesn't work you'll no not to do it in the future

i think most people forget what self-improvement is, its SELF-improvement

I never really asked all that much advice from this board because I knew that sometimes even the best answer on this forum isn't completely applicable to the situation. There may be other factors at hand. However stuff like this:

"OMG, she looked at me! Should I talk to her?"

Is incredibly stupid. Whatever happened to self exploration? I think if there were complicated tips, they would be good. Most of it can be solved in three steps:

1) Look at girl
2) Smile at girl
3) If she smiles, approach. If not, move on.

I've been experimenting in skipping the pre-approach crap. It's working quite well... I've noticed that women have been noticing me without me noticing, and then they put me on notice that they noticed once we begin talking .

In response to the original thread - This site is about becoming a Don Juan. Its not about Jenny. But if you don't start with Jenny, in that specific situation that guys you trust and respect walked you through... where the **** will you start?

wrong! part of it is gettin help with the questions that are affecting you but may affect others later

On another note, if you are a newbie afc, you probably will not get good advice. Why? Because to YOU, the advice is not what you WANT to hear. You could get great advice, but if you are not open about it or willing to try something, then there's no point in asking.

I did this once in 10th grade. Well, my friend introduced me to this 9 and I shook her hand. I asked for her number and got it. I was too big of a DFC to call. That was an example there of where I grew a pair and pursued some ass.

Interesting theories. College is going to be something great. I'm going to try a myriad of approaches and through hundreds of girls (why not? My college has 10,000 students and 6500 of them are girls I think so there are plenty of opportunities)

So we will soon find out.
