Without further context or a more adequate picture of your guys' relationship, the only appropriate advice would be to have a conversation with her on why she felt the need to go DND for 24 hours.

You reply back and ask her if everything is ok, whether there was some sort of emergency and proceed from there… if there is no emergency you ask her what the reason was for going on dnd and listen
