anyone who's been through this or knows what i'm talking about PLZ respond. well, anyways I was doing great! My confidence skyrocketed, I was totally great, got some numbers, and I could feel all the love ^.~. Anyways, just a couple weeks ago everything seemed so different like I wasn't myself all of a sudden and it appeared everywhere. How do I get myself back together?

well, lately I've acted more like an AFC like I'd consciously try to do what's right and not let things flow like they usually do and now i don't tease, c/f, flirt as much, and i tense up... aww ****. time to start boot camp again.

where everyone seems to need social acceptance in
1. Workout - releases chemicals that make you feel good and manly.

2. New threads - makes you feel good, because you feel fresh in your clothes. Try a different style, everybody's thugged out these days. Mix and match, find something that looks good on YOU.

3. Take a shower every single day - Does wonders for you. Don't ever skip a day.

4. Work - Get busy with your life! It's not all about women. The money you earn will help you buy new threads and
accessories like watches.

5. Haircut - Either maintain the one you have right now or find a new one. Always keep your hair maintained, a haircut can change how you feel about yourself! When my hair gets long, I don't feel very confident and it makes me not want to go out.

Just a few tips to keep you feeling good about yourself. Always works for me.

i get that same feeling week in week out.
there's one thing that always sends me back into that state of total confidence and self-belief, on top of what goldheart suggested.

see yourself as some sort of divine being on earth. your every move graceful, your posture perfect, your smirk so cheesy it's a wonder why every woman isn't wanting to bite your lips off. whenever i do this, i feel like i've got an army behind me. and it's much easier to get yourself into this state if you have been working out, have been eating properly, have been drinking loads of water and have been getting a good deep sleep (8hours is spot on; try not to go over or under this. i don't know why, but i always feel like shyt if i sleep for more than 9hours.)

and one more for goldheart's list. quit jackin it for 5days at a time. a testosterone boost and more energy come from doing this, not to mention the mental gain, knowing you have the willpower to manage such a thing.

one last thing i've tried. whenever you do find yourself in that "zone", make some sort of distinctive movement with your arms, like twist certain fingers back or twist your arms out to the sides. this anchors the feeling you have in that zone and upon performing the distinctive movement again, you should be able to enter that same state. as crazy as this sounds, it doesn't hurt to try it.
