Greetings all, and welcome to my first post on the forums (with this handle of course ). I've been thinking a lot lately about life and everything going on with me, and I realized a few things. I've been in a LTR for over the past year, and I asked myself am I really happy? Sure, I have a HB girlfriend, I get laid all the time, but am I really living my life the way I want to? Sadly, the answer I came to was no. Through all the respect I get for nailing a hot girl and all the time spent smoking weed, I'm still unhappy with how I spend my time on this planet. I think this is finally it though. The motivation to change for the better, to completely improve myself and enjoy every minute of life. The breaking point, so to speak.
I have to give a lot of respect on this forum. Guys like Matrix, BBB, Smooth (yes, your posts are king man) and MoAF keep producing quality threads, and have improved the overall quality of the forums. Makes me glad to be back here, learning and sharing knowledge with a bunch of guys who know their sh*t.
But anyways, getting to the point. Today I decided to be the first day to go out and do what I wanted to do. Went out to look for a job with a couple buddies today, and we hit up the mall. Applied at a few stores, then got into a discussion with the boys about how once chicks have sex, they absolutely love it. We decided to test this out, and I amazed my friends by pulling off a cold approach and chatting up some hottie on the subject. Introduced myself, explained the arguement we had, asked her for her sexual experience, got her talking about it for a few minutes and then I ejected on a good feeling (I do have a g/f after all ). It was as simple as that, no complicated "oh my god it's a HB what do I say" nonsense, no doubts. I've finally realized what people actually mean when they say it's just a chick man, just like any other person.
THEY WON'T BITE YOUR HEAD OFF IF YOU GO TO CHAT WITH THEM
Now, not all women are this easygoing. Some of them are true b*tches, these are the ones you just have to forget about, remind yourself they're unhappy for whatever reason, and to move on. Plenty of chicks out there, it's pointless to get caught up on a chick. Especially in high school. I see so many guys on a day-to-day basis constantly nervous and concerned about the women in their lives (sadly enough, myself included sometimes). I can't remember where I read it, but somewhere here I read "High school is the simplest time of your life, nothing more, nothing less".
And it's completely true. It's just another stage of life. You'll meet people, gain sexual feelings/experience, and party. The only thing that should mean ANYTHING to you are your grades (good education equals good job equals good money) and having good times with your friends. Nothing else matters. Got it? NOTHING.
Other than that, after we left the mall, we went and applied at a few other places. I ended up getting hired on the spot at a fastfood resteraunt (no shame, it's money) on the spot. Plenty of nice looking females working there too, can't go wrong. Having a job is a good (read: GOOD) thing for those of us in high school in my opinion. You meet all kinds of new people. New friends, new women, all kinds of characters. You gain working experience and build responsibility. AND YOU GET PAID. And you know what you can do with money?
WHATEVER YOU WANT!
So get a job, it'll be worthwhile. Myself? I'm planning on saving up and buying a black Acura Integra to work on. Why? It interests me, and I'd love to have a sweet looking car to ride around in. And I imagine a lot of chicks would kill for the chance to roll around in my ride (when it's mine ). If they're lucky!
I want you to ask yourself something. If you had the money you wanted, what would you buy? What do you really want, and would enjoy having more than anything? For me, it's my car. But figure out what it is for yourself. I'm not saying place all value on material possessions, but there must be something within reach that you want. Work on getting it! Set some goals for yourself, stay motivated and keep working at them. You'll feel ten times more confident when you accomplish each of them.
Well I ended up writing a bit more than I intended, but I hoped you realized a few key things. I realized all of this in one day, so I hope you can absorb it from this post. To review:
-Don't be scared of women! They're just regular people, like you and I! Brush up on your conversation technique and get out there and chat them up!
-Don't get caught up on one girl, you're too young to be worried about it.
-Focus on good times with your buds and getting through school. Nothing else matters.
-Get a job. Make yourself some money.
-Set some goals. I want the pimped out car, figure out what you want and fight for it.
Hope you all enjoy the first post,
P.I.M.P.
