I would say there are a couple of possible reasons:
a) She is into you
b) She thinks you are needy.
You expect her to touch you too. She might spot this. This miht turn her off. She seems to be the touchy-feely girl. For her touching is no big deal (she does it unconsciously).

Do not initiate kino with her! Do not let her turn you into an AFC. If you initiate kino with her because she does not kino you but everybody else, you REACT. Stay in control.

3.She prolly like you and you're intimidating her.
