Well I kind of got mad at her this weekend.

On Friday I asked her if she wanted to hang out. She said sure.

Then she texts me asking if we could hang out later because her guy friend (the guy she's seeing) needs a favor.

I got kinda pissed and told her don't worry about it, we can hang out some other time.

I haven't heard from her really since.

Well the truth is I don't want to make a move because I'm not 100 percent attracted to her and I consider friendship more important with her.

Here's something interesting.

I sent her a text message saying I got some (it was a lie)

And all of a sudden she was interested in knowing more and wants to hang out with me all of a sudden.

I told her I sent the text to her by accident.

What is her mindset?

We hung out this weekend and went out drinking just the two of us... I almost made a move but she drank too much and became sick. I made sure she got home safely.

I spoke to her the next day and she said I proved to be a great friend and she feels completely comfortable with me....

We hung out all day last weekend, but this weekend she is partying with some guy she is seeing. I told her to call me later and she said she might be busy. I told her I dont care if you are having sex, call me afterwards.... she laughed....

Alright well she texted me today and said she was thinking a lot about me. I told her I am seeing some girls and need her advice. Lets see how she reacts in this test...

Stop acting like a little *****. This is an experiment to see if you can just be friends with her. You're not supposed to react like a girl when she can't hang out. The implied expectations of this friendship are soaking through the surface, slowly.

Ease up dude, he said from post 1 on this thread that this was a friendship experiment. He probably could have banged her by now but hasn't, and if he had this thread would now be gone and dead.

As is it's an entertaining read and I like many others are interested to see how this works out and what sort of benefits may result.

Well just an update.. but I've been telling her about girls I've met and what not... she seems to be ok with it although sometimes I get the impression that its killing her.... I'm going to try hanging out with her soon just as friends of course. Lets see if she acts the same way knowing that I'm seeing other girls..

I've seen a lot of AFC behavior in these posts, mostly in you trying to keep the friendship. I have a few female friends though, it isn't anything like what you've been describing.

Trust me... my main social life takes precedent to her. Anytime I have plans with my guy friends to go out picking up chicks I always go with them... She is really just someone I want as a friend for female help with stuff thats all. I'm not attracted to her at all....
