Social Crossroads?

Let's say that if you have to go get a coffee you go to the bar, so a lot of people go to the bar to get a coffee.
The bar is a constant coming and going of people, a very crowded place, where people stop for a maximum of 5 minutes and leave.

Well, if we were to look for something similar to the bar, but regarding maximizing interactions with women, to make this happen (see also this post https://www.sosuave.net/forum/threads/most-obvious-come-on-that-was-missed.13316), what social settings comes to mind?

Seems counterintuitive...that would be like going to McDonald's to work out.
Not really, Europeans have a healthier non-Evangelical influenced drinking culture and do not have to rely on cars to get them 2 blocks across the street, so it is not as big of deal. In addition, it's common for these places to operate as normal restaurants so having a beer tap is pretty common.
