Unless you have close access to them in real life, you can't determine if they're happily married or not. Lots of couples out there portraying heaven on social media when they actually live in hell.

Stop believing what you see on social media. People carefully curate it to portray them as they want to be seen by others not as they actually are.

Better yet, get rid of social media completely and live your life in the real world not online.

Many couples of friends have this perfect social media but when you "live" or spend most of your time with them you realize that it is anything but roses and flowers.
But I also think that these people are sharing beautiful moments, and especially women are looking for validation for what they are doing, because they feel not validated by the people around them, first of all, their man
