So what's next once you've built your body?

I'm not being disingenuous. Or at the very least, I'm not trying to be. What I'm trying to say is, cut to the chase. How specifically does this make me get laid where otherwise I would be unable to get laid? In clear English, in specific instructions, what am I supposed to do once I'm strong that, could I not do it, Don Juanning is entirely off the table for me?
We’re discussing different things. Men need to be useful to the world. Strength aids in utility. Being useful improves success with women. It is recommended, but not required.

Does it help with anything though? What I'm discussing, the topic that I brought up with this thread, was the "doors" that being strong opens. If I'm strong, what's supposed to happen now regarding my success with women? That wasn't happening before? Because if it's not required, it sounds like I could've opened those doors some other way, without dieting down and lifting.

once you "build" you have to Maintain. If you look at people in bodybuilding competitions often there is quite a yo-yo between ultra leanness/pump and post contest shrink and recovery. The key is not to get into that yo-yo but find a middle ground you can maintain. have a healthy diet that you don't have to obsess over, an exercise routine that you don't burn out on, and a feeling of self confidence you created through good relationships with family, colleagues and the women that are attracted to that version of you.

What I'm asking is, what doors does being fit actually open? What have I unlocked now that I didn't have access to before?

The body is simply one tool of several that will get you beautiful women. The mind is a second tool. Communication is a third tool. Personality is another, creativity another, story telling another, high level job another, dress is another.
You’re in the process of developing your tools. During this process you gain the greatest tool of all - experience. Good luck in your journey.
See but maybe I don't need all of the tools. Maybe I don't need storytelling or an exceptional body if my job and clothes are of a high enough level.

This is what I'm trying to understand. Let's say I have a good job and good clothes. What am I unable to do with these things that I will be able to do once I'm yoked?

The more tools you have the more lays you get. In fact, those tools allow you to dictate the direction of every relationship in your life. I’m a 10/10. I do what I want, with whom I want, when I want.
You can choose to be lesser than. Life will simply give back what you give.
Are there no practical applications anyone can name? This is all just "Lift to make yourself better than you were when you didn't lift?"

Because when I read posts on this forum about people and their sex lives, their physiques never seem to be a factor. It's how they comport themselves that seems to be the main thing. Or their jobs. People talk **** about @thegodofEDM2001 , but models have approached him on the Internet. Is anybody else here, anybody at all, getting more from models? And he has actually shown his work: Models reach out to him because he's a DJ and he makes this very apparent. Show off how you are a DJ and how much fun your events are, and models will beat a path to your inbox.

Compare that to what I'm told about fitness: "Be fit, and we don't guarantee anyone will do anything but you'll be better than you were and the goal is to just keep improving until you're as perfect as you can be." Vague **** like that. Not specific like "Be a DJ and show it off. Do specifically that and it will result in these specific outcomes."

I dont get you. A guy does strength and fitness training moderately, it will help him in EVERY area of life. Whoever told you women will just sleep with you if you have muscles I dont think that is true in general.

You want to know what to do? Heres a few suggestions (not my personal advice just the type of suggestions you may find out there)

Go outside and socialise with women with your improved physique
Learn interaction and conversation skills
Cold Approach
Build a social circle
Go on a dating app

Etc

You have unlocked a routine of exercise that pays off in improved mental health.

Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal.

Those open the door to you to be more social and meeting people.

But I can do these things without lifting. Those doors were open back when I was a 25% body fat commoner.

It's a background ongoing thing for me and the end goal is good health overall rather than a weight goal, it's a small piece to a bigger puzzle of building my business, correcting my past behaviors/mentality, finding truth in the Creator and how I should live my life. Being set apart from the world.

Should not be waiting til one thing is "complete" to start anything else...these things work synergistically together not to be done only after completing the last thing.

I'm not looking to finish this then start another thing. This was about knowing what I'm supposed to do to reap the sexual benefits of being fit.

Turns out there aren't any. None crucial. Anything that can be earned as a fit guy can also be learned through other Don Juan tools.

I've been dieting down recently, and very soon I will be below a 0.4 waist to height ratio. As lean as I can possibly be without going full Auschwitz. Once I hit this, I'm gonna start a meticulously balanced lean bulk and I won't stop until I hit various other body part ratios I'm trying to hit. I'm trying to bulk with as little fat as possible to impede my hormones.

But this has got me thinking. People like me lift because they believe it'll "open doors" for them. That stuff is supposed to happen that wouldn't otherwise if they hadn't lifted. I feel this way too. But now I'm starting to question it. What's supposed to happen once my arms and chest and shoulders and back are as big as I want? When my face is as lean as I want? Because my face already is lean and nothing's changed in my life from when it wasn't lean.
What doors do you expect to open?

If you're fit, and people can tell that you have muscles even with clothes on, you're going to get way more social points than if you were a fat lump of dough. This is true in ALL personal interactions, including business. A guy with a lean waist and pecs that stand out is going to get further than a pathetic neckbeard with a gut that sticks out. It shows that you're willing to put in the work and you have discipline. This is the "opening of the doors".

If nothing else, being fit and staying that way is going to make your life into older age much less painful, assuming that you aren't pushing yourself physically to the point of damage or taking a bunch of roids that are going to shrink your balls and turn you into an emotional basket case.

However, if you're so shallow that you can't see any value in life other than fvcking hot b!tches then I really don't know what else to tell you. Once you've built your body, you just keep it up so that it stays that way, just like you don't stop cleaning your house once you've cleaned it once. If you neglect it, it'll go to sh!t.

I don't know, I was told "doors" would open. I was told I'd be a "chick magnet." Now I'm hearing "Oh, nothing specific happens, it's just about self improvement."
The latter is the truth. Sorry you were led to believe otherwise.

Yes, this. I work out because it will aid me in living a long, healthy life. I'd also feel terrible about myself if I were out of shape. Not everything revolves around women.

Couldn't a fat neckbeard make up for being a fat neckbeard in other ways? I'm definitely way leaner than I used to be but I'm not noticing any social differences for me from when I was a DYEL skinnyfat. Or a builtfat. Seems physique is much less important than the actually significant stuff that comes with Don Juanning.
