I would say a girl usually thinks about it before she blurts out the LJBF speech. It's probably not easy for the girl to reject you especially if she really considers you her friend. (Unless she's a cold-hearted b17ch of course.) Remember that the LJBF speech usually means that she just doesn't see you in a sexual light. Once she determines you are no threat to her sexually, she basically views you like you have a vagina, or like you're gay.

Maybe it's a LMR but you can usually tell from the context. Like if you are laying in bed with her and she has her hand down your pants stroking your c0ck and she says "let's just be friends" you know she's toying with you.

The best advise I have is to either agree with her and never talk to her again or tell her you already have a sister. Nothing is worse than being 'just friends' with a girl you want to bone. I would consider 'friends' and 'just friends' as being different. As 'friends' there may be some potential for sexual tension. As 'just friends' that tension is gone or maybe never had or will exist.
