If she is interested yes. If she isn't, she will make excuses for why you two can't or won't have sechs.

you shouldn't say that unless it's relevant to the conversation at hand.

that being said, if she likes you she won't have a problem with it, if she doesn't like you she will, her exact reaction depends on how much she likes you and her personality. but as a general rule, a serious no means you're barking up the wrong tree, but a playful no/maybe is okay
