I don't why it bothers me so much, but it seems like every other guy out there has a big gut, double chins, poor hair (balding, but don't just shave it off) and they dress like bums (hoodies, sweatpants, etc.)

I was just downtown and saw three dudes standing there on their phones (all younger than me) and all of them were overweight, were balding and didn't just shave the rest of their hair off or keep it cropped and they are dressed like slobs.

I see this over and over again.

Getting positive attention from an attractive female is an amazing feeling!

I can't wrap my head around that these guys don't seem to care about that.

I wouldn't let myself look like that if you paid me!

I wouldn't get fat and if I had Male Pattern Baldness; I would shave my head or get a Hair Transplant!

Even in my 50’s it’s easy to look better than most of the younger guys. Many here have gone on ad nauseum about one not needing to be in good shape etc etc. It really makes a difference when you’re mature.

The only sad part is that from 30m I get the definite attention of women much younger then they come closer and realize I’m in my 50’s, that kills probably 90% of the IOI’s right there. Thanks societal pressures, no really.

Aging sucks plain and simple, but it’s better than the alternative.

Most women that society deems “age appropriate” for me look like shyte I’d say there’s 5% that are definitely HB, but getting a shot at them requires a great deal of effort. It’s why my lineup usually has an utter hottie as a main squeeze and several 6.5-7.5 as filler. Is what it is.

Doesn't a shaved/very short hair send a signal of trying to hide up a problem? I'd say the shaved head is an acknowledgment of that one has this very grave problem, but that's maybe just less worse. Perhaps it's all grim, no good way around this.

I think a buzz (very short) is better for a balding white guy that has not gone gray yet.

I tried buzzing mine, but I look horrible (very washed out) with a gray buzz.

Right now, I have colored (brown) hair, decent in the front but bald spot on top. It's not aesthetic, but I still look younger from the front anyway. Full clean shave will probably have to be next.

Insecurities?

My hairline was receding for a a while. I have thick wavey hair and it was un noticeable to everyone around me.

I knew though and it bothered me, I was conscious of it.

So I shaved it all off. I didn't need to at that point but I found myself being conscious and growing my hair in a certain way to hide it.

I thought **** it. Shaved it off. It took quite a bit of courage for me to do that. It was a big deal letting go of my thick, messy , wavey hair (which women adored).

I instantly loved my new style. I much prefer having my hair buzzed off.

I was really anxious of letting go of my hair. It's harder to do than you would think.

I did it sooner rather than later which I think is a game changer.

As in the longer you try to hang onto it the more conscious and insecure you become about it. So I'm guessing those guys are to afraid to take action.

This is a weird thread, like if guy a slobs who cares it means more chicas for you right?
Yes and No.

If women constantly see men who are dressed like slobs they will start to dress the same.

I think it's because most men have come to the realization that FashionMaxxing, other than as part of a congruent, holistic method of Power/Wealth-Peac0cking, these days is pretty much worthless. Chad-tier men - or other high-tier men like celebrities - can dress like a slob and still get poon.

IOW, it's OVER for FashionCels.

I don't have a problem with women dressing like slobs so long as the body is still nice; is there a problem with hot chicks wearing yoga pants?

OP they dont care, I have about 4 male relatives, and not one of them has any time for women.

the dating market for average guys is a sh*t show, landmine. Thats if her mediocre ass even turns up.

totally corrupted from SM, and being alpha widowed. even a 50 year old fat chic plays around like a teenager.

These men go to work and take the r1 out on the weekend, quick blast in the subaru impreza.

So many guys are MGTOW and dont even realise it.

I have a balding spot (and short buzz cut with a slight fade, no grey yet) and there has been many a time when I have the young ladies kiss it for good luck when we are in a playful mood. They love it. Some make it a point to leave their lipstick print up there to "mark their territory".

There has also been many a time when they start calling me "old man". I know it's ON once they start doing this. I keep it playful and then I often wind up satisfying her "older lover" fantasy. When they find out that an older guy can touch them in ways the youngsters can't, it makes it pretty easy from there on out.

The importance of looks cannot be taken for granted, however, experienced DJs know about girls/women whose hate run deep if they don't dig you initially, and I dunno, that's a female thing I guess, and from what I notice what they stand for on the subject of looks/attraction are often pessimistic and not productive.

My own personal experience was way back in '04. I vividly recall my college during my big nose days. A girl I came towards on the way to the stairs gave me this piercing look, then I turned for the stairs, at a point it was like she was trying to point me out to ppl she was talking to.

If she was so disgusted by my look, I'm surprised she didn't go the whole hog and have me publically flogged to publicly vent her resentment of my existence. :lol:Ironically, for many years after that series of events I was anxious, depressed and insecure in my social life and in work, causing strain on my parents.

They’ve settled down with someone & believe the bluepill that looks don’t matter once you’re married. Hahaha.
My favorite is when people point to married couples to justify “looks don’t matter.”

“I see married guys who are overweight and/or balding. They obviously had no problem getting a woman.”

Umm, he likely looked much better when they first started dating.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

This Egyptian guy does a great job of explaining why you shouldn't be overly concerned with fashion or dressing nice.

Chad can wear a wifevbeater and basketball shorts and still get the poon.

So you're basically saying that they are getting their "quick blasts" by getting their pistons in the engine block pumping rather than their own piston pumping inside of a vajaya (and its own "quick blast :mad::mad::mad: ).

This whole MGTOW meme is simply CopeMaxxing. Listen to what True Forced Loneliness prophet "Roller" Steve Hoca has to say about what a MGTOW truly is:

I'm in the same situation. I have learned that { hairline > baldSpot }, and fortunately, I have a good, thick hairline that the occasional chick I can get fancies.

I amazingly look 20 years my junior, and sometimes I think I get some EugenicMaxxing points when I tell chicks how old I am. :) Unfortunately, my height is very EugenicMinning.
