Well now, it's time for me to describe my situation.
Four years ago in the sixth grade I met a girl, and she thought I was weird as hell. Granted, I wore swear pants everyday and my t-shirts recycled every other day. I also looked like a loser and had the self confidence of a hamster. Or something. Anyways, she was a jerk to me all throughout middle school, and in high school stuff has changed. I rethought my style, learned to use products that kept my curly hair under control [tis more of a straight deal that curls at the ends :/] and now she apologized for being mean to me those years and we talk alot.
We have a class called Communication Applications.. teen leadership is what everyone calls it. We just talk about stuff that bothers us and learn to open up to people. It's a pretty bogus class but it's an easy speech credit. I was in a different class but transferred into hers a few weeks after the second semester started.
We greet eachother with a hug, and since I sit next to her in this class and band, I've sort of developed an interest in her. She's slim, athletic [in track], never had a boyfriend, good person, smart, reallllllly cute. [I know some of you people use some sort of hb# rating system here and I have no idea how it works. So I won't try.], and the longest eyelashes you've ever seen.
She's a really cool person, like for instance she leaned over and I got a glimpse of her underwear, she turned a bit red, I laughed and she joked about it ["Good thing I wasn't wearing a thong, that would've been worse"]..
Anyways, enough with the longwinded explanations. Sorry about that. Basically this girl has changed her attitude towards me, we've been talking a lot this year, she tells me who she likes [and she seems to like 2-4 guys at a time, which leads me to believe she's immature..], and I don't think she has an interest in me. Should I tell her and risk losing her? What do I do? I don't have any interest in any girls, and I get jealous easy when I see her talking to another guy when I'm nearby and she could be talking to me. I don't want to become obsessed with her.
Thanks sosuave, you guys rock. Especially if you read this far. Sorry about the wall 'o text.
