After pretty much all summer of working out, dieting, and discipline... I have a six-pack.

I lost around 40 lbs of fat with the help of whey protein, hydroxycut, NOXCG3 and sport multivitam(not taken during the same periods).

Now I was just at the gym tonight and had my shirt off and soem guy was asking my i got such a ripped six-pack.

I'm turning 20 next month and finally feel like a man, that's ready to conquer.

20's are the prime of your life, and I intend to make the most out of them.

I got rid of my 6-pack for the first time in my life a few weeks ago. I've been able to now that schools done and i'm not doing grappling. However is it comming back ever since I put heavy ab work into my routine.

Edit, not first time in my life, first time since I got it when I was 14

Hold that weight for three or four months before you gain some more muscle. Or you'll gain back alot of fat. Also, bulk slowly. Former fat people have to do this to not gain back alot of fat quckly.

In the mean time, you can do some powerlifting. It's a nice change when you come from a bodybuildng standpoint. But I warn you, once you go power you never go back ;)

haha, i hear you. when i grapple, which is during school, i don't really do any abs.. having 200lb+ guys beat on your stomach is enough ab workout.

Nope. 30s. You can get women in their 20s,30s,and 40s.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
