I don't know what makes you think that getting a facial is girl stuff or would make you 'gay'. It is completely normal, everyone has acne problems. I got a facial when I went to the doctor for acne problems. Nevertheless, beauty salons do the same thing and it may be metrosexual, but who cares...

depends on how it's poped... If you poke a hole on it at the yellowish with a burned needle (to remove bacteria) it's all good.
