Depends on a lot of factors, but usually any weight that is recently put on will come off pretty quickly.but how hard is it to loose this when cutting kicks in?
Its up to you... use the mirror as your guide. If you are happy with your body and your health then just keep all your weights the same (don't increase them) and your muscles will stop adapting. Otherwise cut/bulk as you see fit...another thing, i am 6 feet, what weight should i stop gaining at? or just go as far as i can?
