Is smoking that really that big of a turn off? I'm not a hardcore smoker or anything I just have a couple at partys and concerts and stuff. I'm not a smoker or addicted or anything? Should I not do it at all as many girls say it is a turn off or still do it anyway?

I think it is with some girls. I think it depends the smell of smoke is a turn off to people who don't smoke, but obviously if they do smoke they won't care.

Think of it this way: 2 types of girls in this situation. Girls that smoke and girls that don't. If you smoke, the girls that do won't care, and the girls that don't will. Now if you DON'T smoke, The girls that do won't care, along w/ the girls that don't.

So double your chances. Don't smoke.

I know I saw a cute blonde at the casino awhile back and she liked me too, and then she pulled out a cig and lit it up, and it turned me off all of a sudden.

Some girls mind, but all in all if your game is good it doesn't really matter. If a girl finds it disgusting don't smoke around her. I smoke, a girl I'm seeing didn't know and while we were lying together, a mate of mine asked me for a cig. When she asked if I smoked I admitted it and she jumped off me with a look of upset and dissapointment, I think because she didn't believe she could fall for a smoker. Anyways within 10 mins I had her on me again and she hasn't brought it up since.

Just make sure you don't reak of smoke when your sarging and keep your game tight. Sorted

I was up visiting my sister in college last weekend and took one out in the car. Her friend asked me why I smoked and I used my usual sarcastic "It makes me look cool" line. To my surprise, my sister and her both agreed.

best thing is to only smoke spliffs, and leave one in your mouth while you're talking, no hands

Here's my experience:

There are three types of people.

1) Smokers - Self-explanatory.
2) Nons - Don't smoke but don't care if others do around them
3) Antis - Don't smoke and hate the smell.

Most are in the Non category, as far as I can tell. Those who have a few on weekends, and don't smoke the rest of the time, also fall into this category. The ones who only "smoke when they drink."

Personally, I won't bother with anyone in category 3, but then again I'm in category 1.

I've also discovered that those in groups 1 and 2, and 1 especially, are more likely to be fun loving and more enjoyable to be around.

As for group 3, these people are more likely to be boring, no fun, and more likely not to drink at all. Me, I won't even be friends with these people.

There are exceptions, but not too many.

As for some women who might "mind," I don't care. Everyone has traits that, for one reason or another, someone somewhere doesn't like. If a girl gave me the ultimatum of "you must pick between smoking or me," I would pick smoking every time. Why? I look at it this way: It is an integral part of who, and what I am. I've been at it long enough that if I were to try to stop, I'd most likely fail, and I have amazing willpower. Regardless, if she complains about that, what will she complain about next? If she can't accept the smoking, then she can't accept me.

As far as people complaining about it, it hasn't happened to me very much. But if someone does complain, I don't care. I only care if it's in someone's place and they have a rule against it, as I believe in private property rights. In those cases, I'll go out to the patio or out the front door for a few minutes, without protest.
