I'm constantly improving myself in every way I can; body and mind.
However, I think that some people, not just girls are intimidated or put off by my face. I know that I'm not a bad looking guy, I just don't smile enough, or I don't have a happy enough face.

Some of you guys might be able to relate to this.

Especially on those days you just feel down in the dumps, or you just think that you need a reason to smile.
But isn't drawing more people to you in a positive way reason enough to smile? I now think that it is.

Whether it's the way that I was brought up or just being myself, I was never a smiler.

How would you guys remedy my situation? I don't want to walk around all day grinning like an idiot, but I would like to appear more friendly.

Practice smiling so long a day? Or just focus on trying to be happier? Please share some tips.

People that don't smile alot appear stuck-up.

Defenitely let yourself smile more, it makes people around you more comfortable and it make you more approachable.

Try letting yourself go, you probably take yourself too seriously, I know I used to. I was recently talking with a girl I worked with a few years ago. Shes a friend of my brothers now, we were all relaxed and drinking and I told her how I thought she was a b!tch back in the day, because I held the door for her and I didn't get a thank you. She laughed and and told me she thought I was stuck up, and after looking back for a second, I told her that I was stuck up.

I guess some guys can get girls being super serious Vin Diesel raw tough guy thing, but I don't know any. All the guys I know that get women, are guys that don't take themselves too seriously, have fun enjoy life and smile.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
A smile indicates a relaxed, confident state. Plus, if you smile when you look at someone, it shows them that you like them, or at least are not completely repulsed by them, and that makes them feel better about themselves...and YOU.

Should I practice holding a smile for so long every day?
When I'm not used to smiling, when I do smile it looks wrong, whereas when you smile more, the muscles in your face or something get more used to it and look better.
That's what I've found anyway.

If you must, use a mirror to find a smile or two that works for different occasions. Commit them to memory and use them genuinely. Fake smiles look terrible.
