EFFORT, Throttle, Stronglifts, MrR, Quagmire - if anyone can contribute with more pictures I'd appreciate it.
This is just a reminder to people who think having a big total will not equate with being damn big and strong. Powerlifters, Oly lifters and Strongmen all aim to shift big weights on basic exercises:

You can do all the 'shaping' moves you want and try to hit the muscle from every angle in the book and grow some - or you can just lift heavy weights and grow more.
