I have really tiny forearms for my body and they look really wierd when Im wearing a shirt and my biceps are much bigger than my forearm.

What exercise's can I perform to isolate the forearm muslces to make them grow?

Wank! Alot!

Uhh... I dunno. I think you can try twisting dumbels with an extended arm. Or try those grip-things? Those lil springs you use to train your grip with?

Why would you isolate your forearms? They're the key to almost every heavy exercise. Squeeze the bar harder when you do deadlifts, pullups, bench, etc. I promise you your forearms will become hard like brick and huge like gorilla.

EDIT: This guy got this body doing only deadlifts at the turn of last century. His biceps are bigger than his forearms too - I think that's just the way of the world.

Pick up a pair of dumbells and do hammers. I have done this with excellent results. I have also done grips. They work.
